BIF X OD – Premium Reserve is a wine for those who stand shoulder to shoulder.
Created in collaboration between Brøndby IF & Oskar Davidsen. Selected with the same respect for craftsmanship, loyalty and patience that characterizes the club and its fans.
The wine is made from carefully selected Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from Stellenbosch, where
well-drained fields and hard soil provide intensity and structure.
After careful vinification and aging in oak, a wine with depth, balance, and character is achieved.
A serious premium wine – just like the community behind it.
The color is deep and dark red with almost black nuances.
The aroma is intense and inviting with blackcurrant, blueberry, and dark cherry, beautifully rounded off by spice and elegant notes from French oak.
The taste is full-bodied and concentrated with a classic Cabernet backbone, soft tannins, and a long, spicy finish.
Perfect for grilling, lamb, veal, and good cheeses – and for those moments when the Brøndby heart beats a little faster.
